I have issue with my weight in which i've added 5KG in each pregnancy. Having 3 kids now, am currently extra 15KG. For those who know me, always told that am not fat but more to chubby type. But, when measuring using BMI....guess what...OBES!!!!

It's a knocking on my head, especially I could feel that am easily tired, lazy (due to big bum bum ..hehehhe) ,less self confident and more important easy to get sick.

Last month was a good turning point of me after realizing I can achieve my dream of getting ideal weight using proper product which balance the nutrition intake that good for health.
Not to mention, it helps of removing Visceral fat that CAN drives up risk for diabetes, heart disease, stroke. With family background of having mom with breast cance, dad with diabetic , heart and kidney failure.

Do you think it good for me to ignore this????

Furthermore, my BFF who consume it proven that she lost her weight, look brighter , confident and healthier. She provide guidance and help for me to go through this within 40 days and even following up to ensure my discipline of taking this product.

So friends, I'm officially taking Sensualite in my slimming programme.

Makan-makan di Volcano cyberjaya

Few weeks a go, my colleague introduced me new eating place.  It was a hunting lunch place as we decided to treat our selves for good food.  Please put a side the price.. heheh.

It was weekend. ..yep am working.  My company did held break fasting session there. Oh...how can I missed that....family come first :P .  It quite a good place as not so crowd and the food..ehems its a steam boat...have varies selection and affordable too.


Well its a good catch and we order for 2 persons include lamb n beef with tom yam and chicken soup. Actually. .compare with  Johnny I like the variation but in term of soups.  Johnny won!

But still it worth. The have fantastic sambal.  I gave  thumb up for this.

some guidelines on finding good nursery

Ni based on my experience after changing nursery multiple times within 3 years. Frankly, I have  reason of why am doing this. Back then, 2011. I just moved my cheese at cyberjaya and mr hub got new cheese in KL. He was babysitting my kids for a year. Well, he did great job in this. I very thankful with him. Ok.. back to the story. So since we both need to work so nursery as our option. Why? Its hard to find maid. Of course no maid mr hub have no permission on this. No babysitter. ..yep its hard to find one here. Nursery...can see few places but we op for nearest location. Have I told u I can't drive?. Lesson learn...we need to consider or check few things before sending your kids to the place.

 1- is it licence
 2- how clean the place is. There are nurseries that allow parent to peek on the room and how they operate.
3- what do they offer.
 Eg - kelas mengaji
      - transit
      - teaching module
4- monthly fee. Also check for overtime fee like per head per hour.
5 - get more information on how many staff they have. How many kids currently and how they handle it.
6-  survey and compare
7- ask around for feedback on the nursery

 Then you can decide. If you have kids within above 3 years you can check on little caliph as they offer programme for 4 years till 6 with day care and transit too. I will post about this later and it much cheaper.

3 years of silent...

Its been 3 years....lama kan x update blog. Yes! My life bit hectic with our current count. Now I have 4 mens to take care. Opss..3 kiddos + Mr hub. Last update when I was in ibm. Now am working well at mnc comp too in in cyber. Less hassle going or out from that area. But truely the job much harder than before. I would say in term of giving > 100% to the comp. Willing to work extra days(include include weekend n public holiday), plus on call on certain weekend. Definitely a crap for me as I have kids,family. They need me more. Danish now in standard 1. Rayyan in little caliph and introducing Zafran still in nursery. Ya Allah..berilah aku kekuatan dalam mencari rezeki yang halal untyk keluargaku. Moga aku di peetemukan dgn rezeki yanf lebih baik dari ini. Amin.....

Pena itu setajam kata...

Most of the people used blog as their diary(family,kids,shopping),promo/advert..selling things and etc. With it network were build. Si A kwn si B, baca blog C jadi plak follower D ..dan seterusnye. Ada juga yang jenis silent reader like me. Memang jadi tabiat aku lebih suka mendengar,membaca..dari mengomen.

Baru2 nie banyak sangat kes2 hot yang aku dapat dari blog2 yang aku suka terjah. But being me, aku hanya membaca dari kedua2 pihak. Hingga aku kompius mana satu dipihak yang benar. Tho I'm in the middle..the hot issue give me a wider view. Hear,think wisely..

Bile aku tengok komen2 from blog a vs blog B...ada yang makin menyalakan api, x kurang juga yang cuba untuk memadamkannya. Kalau pepatah lama mengatakan mulut orang x boleh ditutup..pepatah moden pula jari yang menaip adalah setajam mulut yang berkata. But anyway..good news..they have confront and closed the issue which is good.

Cuma aku nak tau sangat, mana satu yang betul???

Rayyan Crying Habit...

Meh sini aku nak habaq...ya Allah..baby aku yg kecik nie ..memang kuat beno menangis..
x tau pasal ape..kalau nak kata lapar..aku tenyeh dgn n3n3n pun x mo..makin kuat nangis gamaknya...perut x kembung..selak sana sini..xde plak semut ker..ape ker..

Pening..memang pening..dah la sensitive si Rayyan nie. Cuba kalau abang Danish nangis..bleh pulak diorang buat duo. Dua2 high tune...

Jap2..Rayyan dah jeling2..bagi sora high tune lagi nak suh aku main dgn dia.

Sambung balik....nak tdokan si Rayyan ni punyelah susah...naik bersilat aku dgn mr hub.

Agak2 korang nak try tak tidokan si kecik nie.....sila2 amatla di alu-alukan.
Boleh la mak n pak dia meronggeng jap..nanti ada mase aku upload gambo sikecik nangis...nanti tlg komen ek...

Astro Boy...channel baru ker...

Nak dijadikan citer...hari Khamis haritu mak n adik aku dtg. Saje nak melawat mak dara nie n cucu2nye. Mr hub pick them up at Tesco Puchong while I'm busy with my angels.

My mum sampai umah..rehat2 jap...kebetulan plak ade movie faveret Danish kat HBO.
So aku pun panggil Danish..Abang citer feveret abg "Astro boy"..plus inform my mum yang movie tu Danish suka sangat. Tetapi tetiba plak mak aku cakap..."Eh kenapa mak x dapat dalam otak aku adalah citer astro boy tu. So aku pun jawap ade la..sbb aku still ingat kat kg ade package tu. My mum asik cakap xde.Aku pun backing diri jawap ade..tup-tup mak aku jawap INGATKAN ASTRO BOY NIE CAM ASTRO PRIMA ..
Daaa............dia ingat Astro Boy nie channel baru rupenye....

as promise 1....Apabila astro dapat duit pree....

Egegegge..yeh reader..so easy peasy si astro nie..bleh dapat banyak duit customer pree.

U know y?..that happened as i received my bill yesterday. Rasa nak maki je si astro.

Citer camnie..on 29/11/10 astro aku kene potong...salah aku ok..sbb lambat bayar bill..since aku x terima latest bill. So aku just agak2 bape yang aku kene bayar based on last bill. Call la astro utk sambung..and yet kene tunggu 3 jam at least but indeed more than that..wtf!!. Cc astro nie ade la ckp aku owe rm 9.++ lagi and bleh buat bila2 masa payment tu. So aku pun buat dunno je la tapi aku sebenarnya luper.

Tup2 kene potong lagi (2nd time okeh). Call lagi..reason kene ptg sbb owe rm10..memang taik betul. Aku pun gigih bayar online..(semua atas sbb anak bujang aku nak tengok disney channel). Dah bayar..bleh plak dia suh aku fax. Memang macam siot..dah la aku kat umah..mana nak gagau cari tpt utk fax..last2 3 hari lepas tru baru sambung balik. Cibai kan!!!!...

So aku pun menikmati astro dgn perasaan yang agak ok after settle..and yesterday..kababoom...naik amarah aku. Instead of the bill around 90 ..dia add up 40 ( 2 x 20 ) for reconnection fee.

Siooooooooooooottttttttkan astro..kan aku maki dalam nie. Yang aku mushkil,

1) why need to cut service twice?
2) why dont they inform me first?
3) why they need 3 hours > more for reconnection
4) why i need to submit my proof of payment (online) by fax.
